Are you sore?

Tired of seeing clinicians who don’t seem to know much about injury management?

Would you believe the average doctor gets very little training in musculoskeletal medicine over the course of their medical school and clinical training? Sad, but true.

Luckily for you, prior to becoming a doctor, Dr Chris Soo trained as a physiotherapist, and has extensive experience working at every stage of the injury rehabilitation process. He has worked with all levels of ability and disability, with olympians and every day people, young and older, and has over 20 years of experience getting people back to doing the things that they actually like to do.

Are you ready to actually get better this time?

FAQs

Do you handle workcover claims?

Yes I do. I’ve been working with getting people back to work after all manner of injuries for over 20 years and have worked extensively with companies both big and small - with a proven track record for getting people back to their full duties in an expeditious manner. Some of the companies that I have been a preferred provider for include Coles Australia, Australia Post, Star Casino, Holden’s Australia, Ingham’s chicken, JJ Richards & Son.

Do you handle 3rd party motor vehicle insurance claims?

Absolutely. All you need to do is complete the appropriate forms from the MAIC, file a police report, and bring in your paperwork.

What about workplace/pre-employment/pre-fight medicals?

Yes I do, including lung function testing, audiology assessment, drug and alcohol testing, and assessment of physical capacity. I am also currently registered to do assessments through InjuryNet and BodyCare.

How long should I book for my appointment?

If it’s a long standing injury, long story, or for a second opinion; please book a 30 minute appointment. I’d like to give your issue the attention and time that it deserves.

Back and neck injuries are usually better done with a 30 minute appointment too as there can be a lot of information to cover

If you just rolled your ankle/knee/shoulder/etc on the weekend, a regular appointment will be fine.
